Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team at hello@lulladise.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@lulladise.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Change of Mind Returns

As we offer free shipping on all orders, please note that for returns due to a change of mind, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the original shipping cost.

Return shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility in change of mind cases.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@lulladise.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Lulladise accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
