Dispatch & Fulfilment

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or sales events, please allow up to 5 business days.

Orders are shipped from:

  • Queensland, Australia, or
  • Our trusted international logistics partners, depending on product availability and delivery location.

Note: Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and warehouse location. To avoid extended delays, some orders may be fulfilled from our overseas warehouse.

Express Shipping

We offer Express Postage within Australia only for selected products (including specific colours of our Nestly™ and ComfortFit Baby Carriers, and some Baby Headphones).

  • Dispatch times: Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST are most likely to be lodged with Australia Post the following business day, as our local post office opens at 9am.

  • Delivery times: Express Post usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

While we do our very best to ship as quickly as possible, please note that shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary slightly.

Entered the Wrong Address?

If you notice any errors in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at hello@lulladise.com with the subject line “URGENT – Address Correction”.
Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order, before the parcel is processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to the shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no compensation or replacement will be offered.

Incorrect Address or Return to Sender

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lulladise ships all orders to the exact address entered by the customer during purchase.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, Lulladise is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
In these cases, the customer will be required to cover the re-shipping cost to have the order sent again.

If the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
A re-shipping fee will apply and may vary depending on your location.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Lulladise is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that have been marked as delivered by the courier.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your order, we recommend checking with your local post office, courier service, or neighbors.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered.
